Main Applications
WanSponge GST is a TDI-based hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer that can be used to make hydrophilic foams, such as beauty sponges, bath sponges and kitchen sponges. WanSponge GST can react with liquid formulas containing surfactants and fillers according to application requirements to prepare foams with pore diameters of 50-500 μm. The pore size, feel and resilience can be further adjusted by adjusting process parameters and water-based formulas.
