Hydrated magnesium silicate is a product with a special structure - containing silicon-oxygen atom tetrahedrons/magnesium atom octahedrons, showing needle-like fibers.
CIMSIL A55G is an easily dispersible hydrated magnesium silicate product. This product has a large number of negative charges and has strong adsorption/strong adhesion-breaking effects.
PART 01. Mechanism of action
01. CIMSIL A55G uses the force of intermolecular charges to disperse and penetrate the paint into the interior of the paint molecules, destroying the force between the paint molecules and causing the paint to lose its viscosity.
02. The broken paint is suspended in the circulating water tank in an amorphous state. It has no stickiness and will not agglomerate.
03. Since the surface of CIMSIL A55G has a large amount of negative charges, it combines with cationic polyacrylamide (cooperating with alkali - the purpose is to increase the coagulation strength of polyacrylamide), causing the combination and agglomeration to increase the volume by 5-10 times, forming floating flocs.
PART 02. How to use
01. CIMSIL A55G is made into a pre-gel with a solid content of 2%-5%, and is compounded with a defoaming agent or surfactant - added to the circulation pool as component A.
02. Addition ratio - paint remover (agent flocculant): paint falling amount = between 1:10-1:15; paint remover: flocculant = 1:1, and finally process the paint residue in the circulating water system treatment tank.

CIMSIL A55G has a large amount of negative charge on the surface and has excellent adhesion-breaking effect in water-based/oil-based paints.
