Features
Hydrated magnesium silicate is a layer chain structure composed of two layers of silicon-oxygen tetrahedral units connected by a central oxygen atom and a layer of discontinuous magnesium atom octahedrons. It is a suspension additive with a special needle-like fiber layer chain structure.

Application forms: water suspension (SC), suspended seed coating (FS), suspoemulsion (SE) and liquid fertilizer.
Adding amount: 0.8-1.2%.
Product features: low thickening, high suspension.
Application direction: high-salt system, cationic system, to solve the problem of thickening and deactivation of xanthan gum and magnesium aluminum silicate in this system.

Adding amount: 1-2.5%.

Dispersion process
Correct dispersion of hydrated magnesium silicate products is a key condition for our preparation of stable formulations. We need to match it through appropriate addition amount and appropriate dispersion process.
High shear is key to dispersion (line speed: 18m/s).
For proper dispersion, it is recommended to use high shear equipment to create as good a gel structure as possible.
The hydrated magnesium silicate concentration, peripheral speed and mixing chamber design all need to be oriented towards a vortex forming a donut shape (hemispherical) to ensure perfect shearing of the dispersion.
Addition requirements: Add separately in the formula, taking precedence over dispersants and other fillers.
