# Haiyi Enterprise Mid-term Meeting & Team Building
On July 6-7, Haiyi Enterprise held its 2023 mid-term meeting as scheduled. The meeting was held in four venues: Shanghai, Qingdao, Guangzhou, and Changzhou. The meeting focused on the analysis and summary of the company's overall business in the first half of 2023, and clarified the next steps. Each business unit also summarized and planned its own product line business.
In order to strengthen communication and collaboration among employees, Haiyi Enterprise organized a collective team-building activity in various places after the meeting on July 8. During the activity, employees from various places were enthusiastic and competed in groups, actively participating in a series of interesting projects such as "Beach Volleyball", "Water Collection in Minefields", "Sailing Adventure", and "Curling Battle".
Through team-building activities, Haiyi Enterprise not only improved the physical fitness of employees, but more importantly, improved the team spirit and communication and collaboration skills of employees, and enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise.
