BYK-P 9080 是具有脱模性能的低轮廓和 A 级表面 SMC 用加工助剂。稳定模塑料并改善流动性能。由于其优异的脱模性能，可完全取代传统的脱模剂产品。BYK-P 9080 除能提高模压制品的表面质量，还可提高油漆的附着力和粘结性。

推荐用量
4-5 %（购入形式）基于树脂总量。
以上为推荐用量指导。最佳用量可通过一系列实验室测试获得。
加入方法和加工指导
助剂应在 UP 树脂与低收缩 (LS/LP) 组分均匀混合后，边搅拌边加入。应将配方中使用的的传统脱模剂移去。该助剂对增稠有影响。多添加 10% MgO 用量可得到与使用硬酯酸锌/钙体系相对应的增稠水平。
