Product Details
不含溶剂的润湿分散剂，用于溶剂型和无溶剂型涂料体系、PVC塑溶胶、热塑性塑料和胶粘剂，稳定有机和无机颜填料，特别是炭黑。特别适合制备用于PU以及PVC应用的多元醇色浆。BYK-9076也常被推荐作为SMC/BMC的防止相分离助剂；另外，对玻纤/碳纤有优异的浸润性。 这类高分子量助剂通过空间位阻使颜料解絮凝。它们对不同颜料提供相同的电荷，因而使电荷不同的颜料防止了可能的共絮凝。由于解絮凝的颜料颗粒很小，从而可获得高光泽、增进颜色强度。此外，增加了透明颜料的透明度和不透明颜料的遮盖力。这些产品明显降低粘度，因而改进了流平性，并提高颜料的含量。BYK-9076 特别适用于稳定酸性或中性炭黑颜料
添加量：无机颜料： 5-10 %
二氧化钛： 1-3 %
有机颜料： 10-25 %
炭黑：15-50 % 防止相分离：基于树脂：0.3-1% 玻纤浸润
基于玻纤含量：0.5 - 1%
