Product Details
Wetting and dispersing agent for homogenization, stabilization and color uniformity in SMC/BMC and pultrusion molding compounds. Improves glass fiber impregnation and thus improves performance. Phase separation prevention agent, mostly recommended to prevent phase separation in PS-UP mixtures.
Usage: The additive should be added to the resin first and then added with fillers or pigments. Addition
amount: Phase separation prevention: Based on resin: 0.5-1%; Glass fiber impregnation: Based on glass fiber content: 0.5 - 1%Organic pigments and carbon black: 30-140%
